Premium Watch S1 Smartwatch and Buds 3T Pro TWS Earbuds Launched By Xiaomi

Recently, the Chinese giant Xiaomi unveiled a new Watch S1 smartwatch, which happens to be the most premium wearable made by the company to date. This new smartwatch was announced at Xiaomi’s global event. Along with that the brand also announced a new and more affordable variant of the Watch S1 Active.

Xiaomi’s global event also witnessed the launch of the brand new Buds 3T Pro earbuds. These products were initially launched in China, but now they are available internationally. But whether the products will arrive in India or not is not yet known.

The new Xiaomi S1 Active happens to be the cheapest smartwatch ever made by the company. It is priced at $199, which is roughly around Rs 15,190. On the other hand, the premium Watch S1 is priced at $269, which is roughly around Rs 20,530. The Buds 3T Pro by Xiaomi will be sold at $199. The availability of these products in India is not yet revealed by the company.

Specifications of Xiaomi Watch S1 & Watch S1 Active

The Watch S1 is equipped with a 1.43-inch circular AMOLED display and it has a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. The panel is designed with Sapphire Glass for protection.

Xiaomi Watch S1 has a 5ATM rating, which makes it a waterproof smartwatch. It features a premium built with a stainless steel frame. The watch will be available in three leather strap options. It is compatible with both iOS and Android.

It is packed with a 470mAh battery which provides a battery backup of 12 days with typical usage. It also has support for wireless charging. Other features include support for GNSS positioning and NFC.

On the other hand, Xiaomi Watch S1 Active has a 1.43-inch AMOLED display screen. It offers 12 days of battery backup on a single charge. Like Watch S1, the active variant is also made waterproof.

Features of Xiaomi Buds 3T Pro

Xiaomi Buds 3T Pro is packed with a triple mic system along with 10mm dual-magnet dynamic drivers. It supports LHDC 4.0 which offers bitrate audio of up to 900 kbps. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have any aptX Bluetooth codec support.

It includes a multi-device pairing feature and an Active Noise Cancellation option. The earbuds have an IP55 rating which makes them both water and dust-resistant. It claims to offer a battery life of 24 hours with the charging case.

As of now, the company hasn’t made any announcement about releasing the products in India.
